Document Conversion LogThe menu is a screen for checking the conversion progress and results of documents processed by SHIELD DRM. You can view detailed activity logs and check the desired log information through filter and list settings.
Screen Configuration
SHIELD DRM Admin Page로그 > 문서 변환 로그Click on the menu to access.
The screen consists of the selection of the query period from the top, the filter area, the integrated search area, the log list, and the page navigation area.
Select Query Period
Select the period to view in the top left corner of the screen.

You can also specify the start date and end date directly, in addition to the period button.
Filter
You can specify conditions in the filter area to view only the desired logs.전체 필터You can set all filter items on one screen by clicking the button.
The applied filters are displayed as items at the top of the list, and you can click the delete icon of each item to remove them individually.
Filter items

| Task Name | Select the type of task for which logs are recorded. |
| status | Select the processing status of the task. |
| Before Application | Select the document type before conversion. Only single selection is allowed. |
| After application | Select the document type after conversion. Only single selection is allowed. |
| repository | Select the repository where the document is located. |
| name | Searching by username. |
| ID | Searching by user ID. |
Task Name
| Task Name | Explanation |
|---|---|
| Work Queue | The conversion task has been received and is currently pending. |
| Conditional Policy Check | This is the step to check the conditional policies to be applied to the target document. |
| Task Assignment | This is the stage where the transformation task is assigned to the processing entity. |
| Document Conversion | The document conversion has been performed. |
| Delete Document | This is the operation performed by the document deletion policy. |
| Unregistered User | This is an event that occurred in a document of a user not registered with SHIELD DRM. |
status

| success | The task has been completed successfully. |
| failure | The operation failed. |
| exception | Excluded from processing based on policy conditions. |
| waiting | Waiting for processing. |
| In Progress | A retry is in progress due to a temporary error. |

Before Application / After Application
Specify the document type before and after conversion.

repository
Specifies the repository where the document is located. The items displayed vary depending on the environment in use.

Integrated Search
You can search for ID, name, and document title at once in the search box at the top right of the screen.
The name and target are searched with partial match, while the ID is searched with exact match.
Log List
Default Display Column

| File Name | This is the file name of the target document. |
| Event Name | Recorded task types. |
| Conversion Status | The processing status of the task. |
| Previous Document Type | This is the document type before conversion. |
| Document Type | This is the document type after conversion. |
| Site Type | The type of repository where the document is located. |
| Work Progress Time | The time taken for processing the task. |

List Settings
목록 설정You can change the items and order displayed in the list in the popup. In addition to the default columns, you can also display detailed fields such as Work ID, Tracking ID, File Path, Policy Information, and Repository Information.
Number of inquiries
You can choose the number of items to display on a page from 15, 30, 50, 100, or 200.
Detailed Information
When you click a log item in the list, a detailed information panel opens on the right side of the screen. You can check fields that are not displayed in the list and error details.
Export and Refresh
로그 다운로드: Based on the currently applied period, filter, and search conditions, logs will be in a CSV file (Logs.csv) downloads.새로 고침: Re-querying the list with the current conditions.
Precautions
- The items displayed in the repository filter and transformation type filter are
